First I’d like to apologize for not posting in forever. We recently had a loss our founder Bea Greenhood passed away. We’ve been rather pre-occupied. Although Affordable Coins has been constantly changing this doesn’t change our current business plans to serve the numismatic community.

I’m also kind of cheating and reblogging a post from Crazee Coins on Facebook. Although they are up to part 4 I will be spreading out the posts over several weeks but do feel free to read them all on their Facebook wall.  They currently don’t have these posts on their blog but if they decide to do so I will link directly to it. Crazee Coins is located in 92 Denis Hurley Street, 4001 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

UPDATE: Crazee Coins did just add this to their blog. See the original blog post here.

In 2010 , Crazee Coins was established to bring you high-quality collector’s coins in a range of designs. We have been building our reserves from past to present and beyond. (Krugerrands, ZAR Coins, Mandela Coins, Union Coins, Republic of South Africa Coins, with a wide variety of mint coins) Our coins are only graded by world renowned grading company NGC & PCGS based in America which is the preferred choice by coin collectors across the globe. Crazee Coins is run by two enthusiastic coin collectors Cuzz & Smiley who will endeavour to find the coin that best suits you.

The contents of these posts will be….

  1. HISTORY
  2. MOTIVATIONS FOR COIN COLLECTING
  3. COLLECTOR TYPES
  4. COMMON COLLECTION THEMES
  5. COIN CONDITIONING AND VALUE
  6. COIN GRADING SERVICES
